The story
For a fortieth wedding anniversary we set a single long table on the terrace, ivory linen, red petals scattered along the centre, and the sea directly behind it.
Indoors, a second room was styled in blush and white with tall garden roses running the length of the table for the seated dinner.
A small dessert table closed the evening, plated in the couple's colours and set beside the cake.
